Terms of Service - Ryokô Planner

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ryokô Planner mobile application (the “Application”).
The Application is operated by Maxime Deleau, trading as Ryokô Solutions, a sole proprietor based in France (the “Service Provider”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
Ryokô Planner provides tools to help users organize and plan travel itineraries.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application
- copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without permission
- use the Application in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the property of the Service Provider.
User Accounts
Some features of the Application may require the creation of an account.
Account creation and login may be offered through third-party authentication providers, including Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In.
By choosing these sign-in methods, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of those providers.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- ensuring that the information you provide is accurate
- all activity that occurs under your account
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact the Service Provider immediately.
The availability of Apple or Google authentication services depends on those third-party providers, and temporary outages or changes on their side may affect access to the Application.
Subscriptions and Payments
The Application may offer optional premium features through paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through the platform where the Application was downloaded, such as the App Store operated by Apple or the Play Store operated by Google.
Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled according to the policies of those platforms.
The Service Provider does not process payments directly.
Refund requests must be made through the relevant app store provider.
Subscription management within the Application may be facilitated by RevenueCat.
Availability of the Service
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is available and functioning properly.
However, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
The Service Provider may:
- modify or update the Application
- add or remove features
- suspend or discontinue the Application at any time
Travel Information Disclaimer
Ryokô Planner is intended to assist users in organizing travel plans and itineraries.
Travel information, schedules, locations, and recommendations provided through the Application may come from various sources and may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all travel details, including transportation schedules, opening hours, reservations, and travel requirements with official sources.
The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any missed transportation, reservations, bookings, financial loss, or travel disruptions resulting from reliance on information provided by the Application.
Internet and Device Requirements
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection.
The Service Provider is not responsible for service limitations caused by:
- lack of internet access
- mobile network restrictions
- insufficient device compatibility
- operating system limitations
Users are responsible for any data charges that may occur while using the Application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- loss of data
- loss of travel plans
- service interruptions
- reliance on travel information provided by the Application
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.
Users may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from their device.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
When updates occur, the effective date at the top of this document will be revised.
Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes relating to the Application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
