Ryokô Planner (the “Application”) is a mobile application developed and operated by Maxime Deleau, trading as Ryokô Solutions, a sole proprietor based in France (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Application.

Information You Provide
The Application may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as:
- account or login information (such as your email address)
- authentication information from social sign-in providers (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In), including your provider user ID, email address, and basic profile details shared by the provider
- information related to travel plans you create within the Application
- communications you send to the Service Provider (e.g. support requests)
Providing this information is optional, but some features of the Application may not function properly without it.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- device type and operating system
- anonymous usage data related to how the Application is used
- product analytics events (for example screen views, feature usage, and interaction events) collected via PostHog
- IP address
- crash reports or diagnostic data
- subscription status related to premium features
This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Application.
The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses trusted third-party services to operate certain features.
These services may process limited data necessary to provide their functionality.
Current third-party services include:
- RevenueCat (subscription and in-app purchase management)
- Google Play Services (Android platform services)
- PostHog (product analytics)
- UserOrient (user feedback management)
- Sign in with Apple (authentication)
- Google Sign-In / Google Identity Services (authentication)
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users located in the European Economic Area, personal data is processed under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide and operate the Application
- Legitimate interest: to improve the Application, fix bugs, and ensure security
- Legal obligation: when required by applicable laws or regulations
How Your Data Is Used
Information collected may be used to:
- provide and maintain the Application
- authenticate users and manage account access, including Apple and Google sign-in
- manage subscriptions and premium features

The Service Provider does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
User account data (such as email address and travel plans created within the Application) is retained for as long as the user account remains active.
If a user requests deletion of their account, the associated personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal obligations.
Technical and diagnostic data may be retained for a limited period in order to maintain and improve the Application.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- request restriction of processing

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 16.
